Exterior House Washing
A house that has been on the market has usually been standing there for months with nobody touching the outside of it. The mould on the south wall, the green on the path, the gutters nobody has looked in since the last owners moved in.
It is the kind of thing you do not notice on the day you buy, and cannot stop noticing a month later.
What is included
Cladding, soffits and eaves. Gutters and downpipes. Paths, driveways and fences. Windows and joinery from the outside.
Soft wash, not blast
Most of what a house needs is a soft wash with the right treatment, not a pressure washer held close enough to strip the paint off. Water forced up under weatherboards or into a window seal creates a much more expensive problem than the one it solved.

It depends on the size of the house and how many storeys. We will look at it and give you a number.
